Requirements for Registration / Affiliation
HIGH & COLLEGE Level

	High School	Higher Secondary/College
Principal	B.A/B.Sc /M.A/M.Sc & B.Ed	Master Degree and at least 5years Teaching/ Management experience.
Teaching Staff		Subject Specialists for all the subjects being introduced in the College.
Class Rooms	Total 12 Class Rooms Assurance of a Computer Lab with at least eight Computer.(Incase of Computer Science subject) Assurance of Science Laboratory. Assurance of Library including references books of all subjects (Science &Arts) Assurance of Principal Office. Assurance of Staff Room for teacher with Bathroom. Assurance of One Bathroom for each 50 student. Assurance of play ground.	Separate Lecture room for all subjects. Assurance of a computer Lab with at least five Computers. (Incase of computer Science subject) Assurance of Separate Laboratory for Physics, Chemistry and Biology practices. Assurance of Library including references books of all subjects (science & arts) Assurance of Principal Office. Assurance of Staff Room for teacher with Bathroom. Assurance of One Bathroom for each 50 student Assurance of play ground.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Allied Bank Slip of Rs. 6000/- on behalf of BISE, Mardan, as Registration / Affiliation Fee along with covering letter.
Student’s enrolment and total strength details.
Staff statement along with attested documents.
Building Map (Only one page plan drawn by an Architect or Draughtsman).
Board of Governors members name & B.O.G meeting details (minutes).
Photo copy of Admission Withdrawal Register.
Teacher appointment rules.
School income and expenditure details and balance.
Monthly and yearly school fee structure details.
School Assets Details. (Furniture, Electricity, etc.
Time Table class wise and teacher wise.
Course detail with publishers & prices.
School building stamp paper photo or In case of Rental house 5 year Leas
Stamp paper photocopy must be attached.
